I really enjoyed playing this game, and considering a couple of my moves, it is exciting to me that I actually ended up winning.

By the by, I know next to nothing about the theory behind playing the Sicilian Najdorf. In fact, this tournament might be the first time that I've ever played the Najdorf as Black.

8..d5 (utilizing the fact that the knight on f5 is hanging if white captures on d5)

now the positives. I actually liked 13...Nxe4 as it cements black's strength in the center.

I am not too convinced with your plan of trying to fianchetto the dark bishop - like I said above, d5! was the way to go.

good ending though. I liked it too =)

Ah, but fianchettoing the dark bishop allowed for the nice finish! =)
