Nicely done. A fine point, since you played classic development: think about what your moves are designed to do. Bc4, while not a mistake, really doesn't place the king's bishop on an optimal square.
In other words, you seem to understand the need for quick development, which resulted in your Nxd5! move, but I don't know if you are thinking about the best square in that quick development.

One move early struck me as inaccurate - 13.Re2 You want to play that move eventually, I think, but looking at Black he needs to play on the Queenside, he's a bit cramped, and he'd love to exchange your good light square bishop -- basically everything in his position says moving N to b4 is good for him. So, why not 13.a3... and deny him that move. Obviously this didn't make a difference in this...
