Losing the Knight on move 7 was a blunder by white, winning the black Queen for a Rook only compensates and doesn't make the game very easily won for either side. I think Rxh6 is a better move at move 22 for white though, due to the pinned black King he can't touch the Rook either way.
Exciting game though, sometimes a blunder by both sides makes a game even more interesting.
