I do not see how 17....Bc3 ( in your notes) would win, ie;  18 bxc, Rxc3+  19 Kd2, Q b2+  20 Ke1,  Re3+   21 Kf1, Qe2+   22 Kg1    White is ahead a Rook for 2 pawns and Black's attack looks stopped -- unless you can improve on my analysis for Black

 The rook isn't doing much on that square, but I've invested a lot a time and energy into my dark-squared bishop, the pride and joy of the Dragon Sicilian. As you can see, when unmasked, the bishop's pressure on the queenside is enormous.
