Did I miss something?

Hi,

  Here is an exerpt of a game I just played.. it is move 12, and I am White. I made this move without too much thought, because I was already a piece up. Did Black miss something here that could have hurt me, or was this a sound move? I've posted a few moves ahead to show you what really happenend.

I think a more interesting line would be 1. Nd6+ Qxd6 2. Qxf5+ Kb8 3. Bxf7 Nd4 4. Ndx4 Bxd4

Yeah, I should have saw that line, but I'm just getting back into chess after a long break.
