That's pretty good play by White for an OTB high-school game. Haven't looked in too much depth but there's probably some sort of combination with move 24 like Qc3 f6 Rxf6 or something like that. 24 Nf6+ is still pretty good, but Nxf6 25 Rxf6 looks much stronger despite the (temporary) material loss after Rxe3 Rdf1.
And yes, novelty openings are fun to play on occasion (1 b4 being one of my old favourites) but you really should stick to mainline openings. Otherwise, well-played and nice finish.
A game i played on board three (highschool game) against Glenbard West (because you all know where that is) with a fun rook sac at the end. I enjoyed it anyway, feel free to comment
