Getting a win

I've been playing bad lately, so getting a win is nice, especially considering how exposed my king felt through the whole thing..

Looks like 15... Qxg1+ was unavailing due to 16 Kxg1 f2+ 17 Kxf2 Bxd1 18 Nxf7+.

He could've tried 16... Kd7 though, when he still has some threats.

 That's quite a line, and one i didn't see.  Maybe after ...kd7, kf2?

Why present a game and not be willing to have it analyzed?

I never knew an OTBer of any experience to protest like this.

I guess it's youth and a lack of real chess experience.

Also, unlike some 'chitas who would collapse in a real game in real life without their engines and databases, there are legitimately titled players who come up with their own lines (and not just rhymed ones).

If you're not going to respect the titled players you're going to get some disrespect yourself, and deservedly.

Hey Ownagepunk, how about you and tonydal both annotate the same game, and we'll compare them. Then we can see which of you two has the real chess knowledge. I'm sure the real idiot will be revealed.

I think it's great that he's been on this site since 9/15/09 (!) and he's sick of us idiots who always do this.  Tony, thanks for giving the line.  Whenever i post a game i do it hoping someone might look at alternative lines regardless of whether or not i won.  But, my bad.  I should have simply posted the game and made the subject "Yo, check it," and in the body, i should have put something simple, like "peace."  That is, afterall, what we're suppose to be doing.  Peace.
