This game was fun... my opponent made an opening mistake and lost pieces on the queenside, but then I dumbly threw away my queen by not seeing his queen... so we had this middlegame where I was up pieces but he had a queen, it was strange but may make for good video content:

Nice game! I've played Petroff's since I was a kid, and I think I've only ever faced the Cochrane Gambit once in my life, and that was against one of the lower rated bots (the "Sven-bot" back in in 2023, but even Sven has never brought it out again). Apart from that game, I don't ever recall anyone (or any other computer) ever playing it against me but I used to try and have a line or two memorized just to be prepared. By the time Sven-bot played it, I had long fogotten those, but fortunately Sven-bot doesn't really require preparation.
