They can block your bishop’s check with their rook, defended by the queen. You’ll still win a little material, but you won’t be able to do a true windmill.

It's actually quite rare for a windmill of this type to not result in a forced checkmate, since it's the start of a fairly common mating pattern.
Strangely, I pulled this windmill off once with the black pieces and it didn't get an "M[x]" evaluation (It got a -6 though, which is basically the same thing). I still won my opponent's queen (and the game) with it, so I guess I can't complain too much.

Ohh I see, I mean the stockfish sees a mate but I don't lol😂 but sadly he already resigns at Rxg2+
