Great job on that game. I know nothing about the alleged cheater, but the game itself was impressive.
And I know you said you haven't analyzed this yet, but I thought I would add that Rybka thinks 40. Rd7! is a big improvement, threatening Rxf7+. If black responds 40... Bxc4 41. Nc6! f6 (forced) 42. Rxh7 and black is in trouble.
You are also right that 43. f4 is better than 43. e5+?!, but the difference according to my engine isn't too significant. Your big mistake was on move 40.

Sorry, I'm really just here to gloat, don't mind me :P. I just finished a game with a guy who was banned over the past coupld hours. I'm rather impressed with myself :P... I drew! In fact, at one point I think I was winning (haven't done a post mortem yet).
Anyways here's the game :) ... Go me :P
