The Four Seasons (Italian: Le quattro stagioni) is a group of four violin concerti by Italian composer Antonio Vivaldi, each of which gives a musical expression to a season of the year.
Now that the four kinds of pieces ( Q,R ,N and B )are all involved at the moment of mate, just coinciding with the four seasons of the year. The coincidence naturally evokes such a term although Vivaldi was not famous for his chess skills.
