Instructive QxN endgame

This was a game I played on another server, I was playing 15m games and was on a roll just had won a few games and the last one was a great tactical game agains't a player rated 800+ than I was so I was quite happy with myself lol

i saw a few better moves in the opening and middlegame but i think you played the endgame quite well.

You say he was 800 points higher than you? Not bad at all! I liked your endgame play as well.

nop I said the game before this one I played agains't someone rated much higer than me and was able to win because of a great tactic in this game I was 200 points higer that my opponent so was quite sure i was winning easy and got too relaxed wich is never good.

Then I got this NxQ endgame wich I found interesting but my opponent managed to find out how to win

I saw an IM play with the knight side on NvQ endgame against someone rated 30 - 50 BCF point less than him.

He held his oppent for a draw and when asked about it afterwards, he said: keep the king in the centre and the knight closeby.

I tried that but no way to really force a draw
