I know I made mistakes earliyer in the game, but do you think it would have been possible to have won given my position and pieces?

Doubtful--assuming you're black, you're down the exchange and facing a dangerous passed pawn on the h-file. The real question is whether you can draw the game. You're looking to pinch off a couple of white's queenside pawns, but white's very active rook at d5 is going to do the same to you. I think this is a loss for black, but white is going to have to be careful.
