No, that is not checkmate in two moves. After 2...Rd8+ comes 3. g8=Q with a winning endgame for White.
Based on the coordinate axes (correct at the time of this posting), the White pawns are moving UP the board.
Instead, a pawn promotion wins the game for Black.
Of course, in the "correct" orientation comes a mate in one and a fancy mate in two.
