I checked the analysis, and declining the Botez Gambit were considered to be top engine moves. TBH I didn't even notice the hanging queen. On move 17, Qxg4 is the second top engine move (+6.11), Nxb3 (+6.12) is the top. On move 19, Nh5 was the top engine move.
