Very well played. It just goes to show that you don't always have to go by the exact opening theory to win. Move 30 was not a blunder - but maybe moving your queen to some square like g4 would have been better. I personally, however, liked move 36 and 37 alot as well. Thanks for sharing.

This game wasn't played on the site; it's from round 2 of a school tornament, but I still wanted to share it because it seemed like a very interesting game. I didn't play spectacularly (I never have) and would like some input on move 30: was it a sound and actually beneficial queen sacrifice, or was it actually an error? Just for fun, I've made the game-winning tactics I used at the end into a cool little puzzle (entire game is included in Moves List).
