I'm not sure, but to me it seems like white wasn't trying to lose until near the very end, when you were clearly winning already.
Playing the Joker

I didn't recognize the name, but a few turns into the game I realized I played this person earlier. They did the same sort of thing. Their comments in the chat during both games made it pretty clear that they were not being serious. During the first game I got bored and went to chesstempo.com and did problems, not paying attention to the game.

On top of that, this is one of their other games. We can see that they're clearly ahead at the start and quickly crush their opponent with good moves. At the end, they start with the jokes again by obviously trying to get a draw by repetition. Apparently, their opponent didn't consider/know it.
Funniest commentary ever! Thanks, ClavierCavalier!!
Totally agree! That was great, ClavierCavalier!

I thought you meant this game...

LOL Its more fun if you hear their voices: "Before you even move ill be there" "oh really!" "yeah and you wont even know how i got there" "seriously Batman you're just no fun, what has your little knight got a grappling hook too?" ... the joker's expression is priceless.

lolz. Batman. Not only does Black move first, but...his...Knight moves TWICE in one move? I think that's called the "Dark Knight" comes out gambit declined accepted. Something like that. I got some lolz out of this thread, cavalier. I also want to give propz to RaleighRaine for bringing this to my attention in my own thread here: http://www.chess.com/forum/view/suggestions/best-of-chesscom-forum

You people are too kind.
The Dark Knight gambit is awesome! I just had to turn it into a chess.com diagram.

Oh man lol, only we could find humor on a chess board.
Oh, but there is!! You need to get this book. I found it at the Riviera 2013 Chess Festival just last week. I seriously got some lolz out of it and I'm not done with it yet. What got my attention, was the Black Knight getting the pie in the face on the cover. Here it is: Only 10 bucks!!! (American money...)

This person obviously was just joking around and threw the game on purpose. I decided to play along.
I actually wanted to take all of their pieces and then force their king to capture my pieces. The next step was going to be trap their king with my queen, promote my pawns, and then throw my new queens at them. Finally, a queen + King stalemate.
