The other adult club members looked at me, and even said my name with a sarcastic, questioning tone, later. They were implying that I had pulled a dirty trick by setting a trap, but it wasn't. I actually believed that each of my moves were the best ones for me to play, even against good black defence.

I think I performed reasonably well, considering that the opening I played is considered slightly better for white, because of the space advantage and all. I was blindfolded and he wasn't. He's about 1900 FIDE. Because I was blindfolded, I was given a slight clock advantage. He had 7 minutes, I had 17. I think I made 2 or 3 blunders, but no more than 4. And obviously I missed the line with Rxc1 instead of Qxe3, but what I went for was still winning nonetheless. After he played Qxb6, the saving grace is Rd7, which I managed to find. Bxc6 probably the only move, in my opinion (I haven't analysed with the engine yet), because otherwise that knight is going to cause too much trouble. He tried to go for a trick with e5 (point being if I play dxe5, then Qc8+ Kh7 Qc2+ g6 Qxb1. And so I was happy I foresaw that and played Rb2+ first. Once I got my rook behind the pawns, I didn't immediately recapture and instead played Rb4 because I "saw" some lines where if he goes pawn hunting with Qxf7 and Qxe6, I had Nh5+ Kh3 (only move) and Nf4+ winning the queen. But instead he played Qxe5. Soon after I hung a rook with check, but I wasn't aware and fortunately he wasn't too. Then I was happy to find a checkmate (didn't matter if he went Kh4, I think it's still checkmate after Rxg2). So overall a good game.

But it's not a miniature. Not even close. And I've played some blindfold games. My personal best is three games at once. Maybe I'll even post one of my blindfold miniature games here.

Do yourself a favour and get out of my face. I essentially play much better games (and longer, at least, on average anyway) whilst blindfold than you do with your EYES open. How sad. Look for someone else's post to nitpick, old man; nobody forced you to look at my game or read my text. You wasted your own time. But you could salvage something from it. Look through my game once more and you might learn a thing or two ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
