Looking through my recent games it seems as though most of them finished by tactic! This one was pretty positional through most of the game with plenty of moving about. I ended up with an advantage because my opponent made a positional mistake in trying to break through on the Q-side where I had the better prospects. I ended up winning because of a tactic but the position was brought about by positional considerations.
It was played a while ago (3 weeks or so) so I can't really remember all the lines that I calculated, that's why the variations are a bit sparse.
I am a aggresive player but i want to learn something more about positional play. Please show your best positional games so I can learn from them.
