I've seen people with higher rating in bullet then you that make lousy moves just to gain time on the clock and often lose positionally but win with time. You actually make good moves. I applaud you in your surprisingly instructive games in bullet. From what I can tell you make very fast moves, as you checkmated a guy on move 38... 
It was interesting to go over these games. Clever little opening you have there.

Your game isnt the bullet (1 minutes) but 30 minutes. You use a long time control. Maybe you couldnt make that position in bullet only. Lol
