Actually Fritz (honestly with my poor level I do not feel competent to evaluate the position) gives a -0,30 evaluation after dxe5, not sufficient IMO to be considered a bad move though it does point that Bd5 followed by ... Bd7 led to an equal game.
As far as analysis goes 9.Qe2 gets a question mark as fritz advocates Be2.
Even though fritz finds nothing much wrong with the other moves I quite agree with your comments.
Hi everyone! For my first post here on chess.com I'll show a little bit of egotism and post the game I am most proud of. Things get interesting from move 21 after I start a rather bitchy trap. I may point that fritz analysis shows the game would have been equal had my opponent refrained from capturing either the bishop or the queen and indeed I capitalized on greed alone to head that queen off the seventh rank. Thank you in advance for your patience after reviewing your hundredth noob smothered mate ;)
