@fullmetalalchemist: Yes, Nexg5 is big advantage to White, but that alone doesn't justify any exclaim. (!)'s are reserved for noteworthy ideas, and (!!)'s are given to especially brilliant and/or surprising ones. From this context, it's just grabbing a pawn - no big deal.
However, I do not think your game was bad at all. Only the exclaims. 
Also, regarding "h6 is theory", I play the Dutch myself and believe me I don't like it. The weakening of g6 creates long term issues which Black should never accept without a price (bishop pair and kingside space). The move (f5) already weakens Black's kingside, (h6) is plain silly.
