Dude, 1 day I was sleeping like a normal guy thinking about chess and I was thinking about the same idea, the vampire gambit with c4 and f4 but by the way now is your idea.

HAHAHAHAH same tbh lol, but I subbed to gothamchess and pleaded him to make a video about it and thankfully he listened and now so many people know about it now I'm really happy

What's the big idea after 2...exf4?
A quasi King's Gambit with a pawn at c4 that early is not at all appealing for black, let alone that because the pawn is still at e2 typical ideas like ...Be7 are very annoying to meet.
There are not many openings where white is clearly worse after just two moves, but this dumb gambit is surely one of them.

So I gave this a try, the game was fairly comfortable for me, made a blunder that I picked up in post game. All in all it was an interesting game and opening that seems like it would definitely knock people off book, and it feels less like an opening that may have some legitimacy to it.
