Which opening is best for beginners and advanced playing as either black or white?

Aside drom the popular openings, I’ve always thought about a good opening that can win games most of the time, playing as either black or white. Gambits are pretty handy, but advanced players know their way around it. Can anyone point out any underrated openings, gambit or not, that can do the job?

There is one called the "English opening".
Its kind of mainstream, But you can usually get 90% accuracy games. That alone is great.
Very eazy to play without theory.
For black, Against e4 probably the french defense, And against d4 you are kinda screwed since there is no calm reply that aims to play a positional and accurate game.
