Why this game is not DRAW?

Well it should display a button "claim draw" because of repetitive position, weird if it's not there...

You have to click "claim draw", it's where "offer draw" usually is.

Yeah, this happens alot; perpetual check isn't an automatic draw, it must be declared.

There are rules for everything in chess.  The draw must be claimed after the third repetition.  It doesn't happen automatically.  It should, but it doesn't.
