I am not very good at middlegames, and want to get better. Is there a good way to study or practice middlegames? How should I approach it? (I am like a 500-700 rating) is there a good website or something that gives me the information or practice that I need?
Unfortunately you can’t really “study” middlegames in the same way you can study openings and endgames. The most you can do is learn pawn structures and solve tactics. But, I’ll be honest with you here, sub1200 it’s likely that the defining features of your wins/losses isn’t a lack of middlegame strategy. More often than not your games are decided by hanging pieces in one move, forks, or pins
