Hi Everybody,
It seems to me that in the starting position of the game White's weakest point is the pawn at c2. As long as it's there it blocks the development of his queensside pieces. Therefore nowadays I start all my games with 1.c2-c4. With the pawn at c4 it participates in the battle for the centre and White can fluently develop his queensside pieces. What do you think about this reasoning?
