1. e4-b6 should be banned
Sort:
1..b6 is not dangerous for white if you know something about this opening...It will often transpose into something like a sicilian with b6 or a french defense with the bishop on b7. Anyway, it is not dangerous.
The OP has a point. I won with it yesterday via transposition from the Morra Gambit.
It's a tough nut to crack and just as good as many of the other non-big four defences to 1e4 IMO.
You should take it up yourself !
if 1.)d4 and 2.)c4 then the white is banned.

Black can play b6 against e4 but white can cramp black position and make him suffer. Search on youtube, I think there are videos available on onlinechesslessons.net channel.

BTW, I did read some intersting comments, about transposition.
e4-b6 is not a dumb opening. More, it has not yet been refutated.
It's called Owen defense.

Banning a legal opening is a completely absurd idea with no real reason. Forget about it and spend your time wiser.

As this opening will win most of the time for blacks, I think it should be banned as a cheating attempt.
