1200 ELO Range drastic changes

I've been playing to this city since 2012 I think , I recently got into the game again and lost around 300 ELO pts , as a 1200-1500 rated player during my time at 10 Min rapid , i think I averaged around 70s % accuracy . I know you guys dont like to say the word but theres no way 1200s should play at a 1800-2000 level every 3/4 games and some have 90+ percentage accuracy in the opening or endgames. There a huge elephant in the room .. A 1200 player now plays like a 1800 I wonder why ?...... all it take is being a " bad boy " at this level for 3-4 moves and thats game .. unfortunately this is the reality and it happens far more often than you think. if someone rated 1150-1300 should play like one
