14 Days Per Move!

Has someone forced you to play a 14 day per move game somehow? I'm a little confused as to just where the problem lies.

And as an option, those that don't see it as acceptable terms for gameplay are under no obligation to play by those terms.
What's the problem exactly?

A neat option would be to be able to set a minimum time/move on challenges rather than simply rejecting them outright i.e. replace

WAIT A MINUTE! I'm NOT available for challenges or tournaments at less than 13 days per move!

I cannot believe someone would actually list a challenge with 14 days per move! If you need 14 days to make a move then you suck and you're sorry! You really got some nerve! Mobile chess is long enough with two days.
Check out the wildly misnamed "Never Ending Tournament", 25 months old already and probably another year to go. I'll make sure that you're invited for the next one.

mario, I play a lot of games with between a 7 and 14 day time limit. This is partly because I don't have convenient access to the net.
Your profile shows that you haven't even been a member of this site for 14 days, yet.

Don't mind me. I'm just feeding the trolls. They don't do that themselves you know.
Anyway, there's nothing worthwhile to add to this thread that hasn't already been posted. If you don't like long time-controls and can't get it through your thick skull that some people don't have the same privileges that black men seem to enjoy in arizona, then go have a f**king blitzkrieg near the border. You may have the white pieces.
Oh, and jjeffrey... Please don't post a picture of yourself, especially if you're the eldest :)
[I realize I'm pushing the envelope and probably end up with a deleted post, but sometimes you need to let the steam out. It's my periods afterall.]
i bet this woman needs at least 15 days per move!
Ok I give up - who is that?
some kinda hot chick with half her boobs hangin' out.
Oh man, now that I look again, I see you're absolutely right! I completely missed that at first! I was too distracted by the poster in the background!
Does she play chess? I bet she's got some great openings.
