1600 in daily gets matched versus new players

I tried to set it to minimum games of 10 but got the same result
I joined a daily tournament that solved the issue. Before starting the tournament I entered 25 daily games! Where like only 3 or 4 of them was versus normal players while the rest was like a week old account starting at 1600 rating.
it feels weird to put new players in 1600. They just instalose like a few games and then stops playing. Most of my games was aborted on move one because they didnt come back and make their moves.
I got myself to 1600 now in daily. The problem is now if I click new game I get matched with beginners and new players that has a Rapid of like 300-1000 and are 1600 in daily just because it is some kind if starting rating. I click new games many times now and ended up with like 6-7 games versus new players that have not yet played any move. All I want is just to play one game of daily.
