2 fast checkmates

ok so pretend you got bored of chess and wanted to get your rating higher but in less moves well here are two fast checkmates the first one is scholarsmate 1. e3 e5 2. Qf3 Qh4 trying to do the original scholarsmate on you but then you do 3.Bc4 Nc6 then you do 4. Qxf7+ Kd8 5.Qxf8#thats a solution to the real one that black is trying to do but it's a good substite. The second checkmate is called fool's mate which is 1. f4 e6

 2. g4 Qh4#

question, in 30 min games, do you get a better score for doing a fast checkmate, or are you supose to take all their pieces???
