That lady's name is Dr. (of Ed.) Renate Otterbach; she's quite an interesting character...
BTW I'm really glad this tourney is over--I picked Round 9 to play my worst game of the whole thing! 
BTW #2--the 2 guys who ran the store, Shelby Lohrman (American Chess Equipment) & Greg Yanez (Chess4Life) are really great; very upfront & easy going as well.

that lady that you played plays at the Mechanics Institute here in SF all the time, she's a child psychologist or something like that. I stay away from her because she's always trying to analyze me ...actually she's a very nice lady.
But she has such a lovely German accent! It wasn't her analysis of me that was bothersome but that nasty closed game we got into...
