Of course you have a chance to know what white's move will be. YOu just have to actually play the puzzle instead of just viewing it. (However, a non-premium accont like me can only play 3 puzzles per day, so I can't play it. But judjing form the other comments here as well es the themes of the puzzle, it can only be Rc2, as only this move allowes Qxe1#.

Even without a paid account, you can do as many practice puzzles as you want. Just click the Custom button.

If you're talking about practice puzzles, just click on Puzzles, and then Custom in the bottom right. You can choose the puzzle type, difficulty range, etc. This is on the website. I don't know about apps, etc.

If the puzzle was Qxe1# I think it would have a higher than 74% pass rate!

@santoy_UK that is the point. Everyone doing 3000+ rated puzzles looks for some sort of insane, complicated tactic, but most people eventually see it is mate in one.

After you click the link, you need to press the "play problem" button for it to work. White plays Rc2, and then Qxe1 is mate in one. I have no idea why this is so high rated, we need a moderator to come.
