TB is almost certainly "Tie-Break".
If several teams finish with the same high score, then the winning team is decided by tie-break.
Basically, if I got my 25 points by playing stronger teams while you got your 25 points by playing weaker teams, then my tie-break is higher than yours.
I'm surprised Canada doesn't have a higher rated team there. I thought there were a few 2600+ players in Canada.
