Yeah, you have to press the draw button and if it is a "legal" draw like in this case the system will not ask your opponent to accept it, it will just declare it as a draw.
Why do most, no offense, beginners, know how to claim draws?
I recently played this game (30/0):
Clearly a draw, but I needed to make 50 moves in about 30 seconds, which I achieved. Yet a draw was not attained. Why wasn't a draw decided?
