I miss the chaos and teeth gritting suspense of >1500 rapid games. I wish I could uninstall all my chess knowledge and start over. Anyone under 1500 should just enjoy the learning process and realize that almost all games are decided by one side making a huge tactical blunder and the best way to prevent this is to make sure your pieces are defended, preferably by pawns, and that your king is safe. Just let the enemy blunder into you, it works at this level.
