Wow! Did not see that; I'm part of the 97% or is it 96%? Since 97 + 4 = 101, I'm not in that 4% crowd. OP great at chess, math, not so much . . .
Actually, if you use a desktop browser to access the Stockfish 9 on this site, it finds both 1.Ree5! and 1.Rf4+ as winning in a few minutes.
It's possible to eliminate the unwanted 1.Rf4+ solution by starting the e1-R on e6 instead, though this means 1.Re5! is a bit less surprising as it stops 1...Qa1+.
