A better Bullet?

Bullet chess would be better if non-mates were considered draws in every case but losing on the clock is an automatic ratings loss, no gain for the winner by clock...

The idea is that you can't gain ratings at all by playing garbage and running the opponent out of time, only by mating.  Clock losses would have an automatic loss of rating, which pretty much means that overall, ratings would eventually approach zero, which is arguably commensurate with the value of bullet chess games...

I agree, we should start a petition. I love bullet games, but I hate being timed so harshly! 

There should be 3 judges and if there is no knock out you go to the scorecards.
