Today, when I check my badges, I notice some badges that I haven't achieved called "Player League", "Stone League" and some more. But now, I'm in Silver League so achieve these badges are impossible. I think Chess.com should make players in higher leagues can achive these badges, especially beta testers. Thanks.

They changed the display for the leagues you have made it into. They only display the last five weeks or so. Â
I think it is the same for everyone.
In the Silver divisions, the top 5 move up. You are #7 right now. You could easily win enough games to move up. It looks like only 40 points would put you in second place. Winning 5 rapid games would do it. (Of course other players will be playing too.)
