Dear Support service. Today, the game was interrupted three times and three times my rating was lowered. And, before every interruption, I reseived a message about cheating. Please analyse my games, i'm not cheater and I don't wont to recive this messages.

Was the message perhaps a response to you losing the game because of poor internet connection? Maybe to you it appeared to come up before the "interruptions", but in reality it could have appearing long after your connection to the server had been initially lost. If this is the case, the cheating it refers to is losing games intentionally.

In which case, a rating deduction is a rather stupid punishment, seeing as that's what the intention was anyway!

If what I said is correct, there is no rating deduction as a punishment. Hes simply losing rating as a result of timing out of and losing games.
