Hello i am playing chess on mobile app and i see sometimes that chess clock adds millisecond itself.For example.
when after p1 played his game(0.16), the clock adds 0.2 or 0.5 and players dont lose time.Sorry for my english.I saw that a few times i am just wondering.If a player out of time he needs lost the game i lost a few games cuz of this.
