Abandonment glitch?

Hi there,

I'm not sure where else to put this or what to do about it, but I just lost elo in a match after my opponent abandoned it. 

I was playing as white and I'll admit, I was losing the game. However my opponent hung his queen, and before I made my move it said "Black Abandoned," but then it showed the leaving icon over my king and said they won the game even though it just said they abandoned it. 

I was looking through previous moves in the game to see where I had gone wrong and was only pressing the arrow keys so I didn't accidentally click anything, and it had only been 13 seconds since their queen move so it was too short for it to auto-kick me or disconnect me. 

I was just looking through previous moves and for some reason didn't show me they already made their move, which is why it took me 13 seconds to realise, but then all of a sudden the game ended saying Black Abandoned yet still somehow won. 

I don't know what to do with this so I would appreciate any advice  

Yeah, that's weird. It happened to me, but not exactly like yours, I was winning with 0 move because chess.com was unable to decide whether my opponent aborted or resigned the game, but after I asked on cheating club I got answer that my opponent was unable to abort because they abort the game too much.

Which game exactly?
