abort rules

Challenge was accepted and white didn't move it's first move for sveral minutes(in my case, for 3 minutes). i, playing with black, aborted the game. they gave me warning for violating fair play policy !!! what is rule?

I hate the abort rule!

I was disgusted once when a game I was winning on move 2 was aborted. I was a pawn ahead, on move 3, my opponent timed out. And the game ended without a result.

There has to be 4 moves for white before the game result will count. This is used to prevent people from sandbagging accounts by starting and abort/quitting.

Know what else is stupid?  Sleeping and eating.  Why can't we just live without these interruptions?  Inefficient design.  Try again.

This rule is fire backing on me. For this rule, I give hatred for granted.
