Abusive players

Is there an easy way to report abusive behaviour? Fortunately it's not very common, but now and then it happens, and it is upsetting. Like just now, when he started calling names I decided not to replay him after all:

Dude why do you really care, there is no need to call him out in the forums.  I don't think your supposed to give his name.  

Don't be passive aggressive AKA not doing anything about it then posting on the forums, calling him out.

Instead, report him, block him, and that's that.
