He's a cheater.
Account Closed

He's a cheater.
How do you know that he cheated?
He is the one who introduced me to chess.com
and many other friends.
I'm trying my best to get his account activated.

Because, they never close accounts unless they are absolutely sure they have been cheating.
Trying to reactivate his account is futile.

Cheating is not the only reason for closing the account. For example, abusive and vulgar language.

True. But, is there any way of the account being deactivated by the Chess.com computer automatically (sometimes computers can be very stupid) if the member shares his blogs with his groups' members.
That's the message I got it from him.
He shared his blogs with his dozens of groups as a note.

That's the most lame excuse I've ever heard, especially as banning people isn't a computer-automated process.
From the chess.com FAQ:
You closed the account of someone I know - I'm sure they weren't cheating!
- Sorry that you are upset. Unfortunately, people do cheat - sometimes even really nice people. Again, we only close accounts when we are absolutely certain, not because of suspicion.

I guess cheating is one of the most frequent, for all I know possibly the most frequent, reason for closing an account. To quote TOS: "You agree that Chess.com may, with or without cause, and without prior notice, immediately terminate your Chess.com account, any associated email address, and access to the Service. Chess.com may terminate with or without cause at any time and effective immediately, at Chess.com’s sole discretion, including but not limited to Member's failure to conform with these terms and conditions of the Agreement."
Then follows, among other things, rules about member conduct, "You agree to not use the Service to:"
and then follows a long list of things you are not suposed to do.
Here is a link about how to recover a closed account, I haven't read all of it or attempted to recover an account myself, but post 16 seems to be most relevant ( I only read the first page).

By the way just ignore this Jadulla guy, if you see post 9 in my second link someone from the staff informes: "If a member sends more than a few messages within a few minutes, thats when the system thinks its coming from a scam person, and auto disables the account."

I'm sorry your friend is gone. He apparently closed his own account. There was no cheating involved.

He's a cheater.
you have a low rating and calling other people cheater?
i think you're a cheater

the ironic thing is that you're more likely to be a cheater, as you're 2000+

CrystalMoon
you words are really like the cooling moonlight.
Can you please follow the thread ...?

So kind of you to have spent time in sharing the message.
Now I understand his account is auto-disabled due to the reason mentioned above.
I found that my chess friend's account had been closed.

Is there any reason?
He is the one who introduced me to chess.com and many other friends. It's really quite disturbing.
Thanks and regards
