You probably aborted too many games, or disconnected too much.
Because you don't resign but abort the game when you're lost . That's probl why people report you ? Resigning instead of leaving and abort the game is unsportsmanlike behavior..
I also think that's the reason, I don't see any other explanation

They meant to say it’s probably because you close the app rather than officially resigning. If you quit the match without resigning, you can be reported.

I was talking to someone in a rapid 60 minute game and it aborted, Immediately wanting a rematch so I could actually play, then my account got restricted, but how long will it take until I can play again?

and also when i said hi to someone,he just disabled the chat and aborted the game
Then i requested him for a rematch and then this message shows up "You have been officialy restricted for violating our sportsmanship policy. You can remove the restriction by playing more fair games"
I dont understand this even if he aborted it but i got the restriction!?
Can u plss tell me how much time will it take to remove this restriction??

If you have a high abort rate as a percentage of recently completed games or high rate of letting games time out, then that can happen
