Adjust volume

Nobody at chess.com gives a crap what you think, all they want is your money. This site has been completely enshittified.

This is still a very basic and needed quality of life feature that it seems to hard to understand would require much to implement other than a basic willingness on chess.com's part to do so.

7 years later.... A VOLUME SLIDER

If their developers can't even see an issue like that in 7 years from reprting !
How on earth will they catch Cheaters !!

Spoiler alert. They don't.
I have to raise my system volume up to 90% to get sounds to play at a reasonable level. Which means individually turning down ALL my other media (YT, Spotify, Overcast, Fanduel Sports) all down to 5-10% so I don't blast everyone's eardrums out of the house. Will this ever change? HAHAHAHAHHAHA eff no. This site sucks harder and harder every year.

Bump because it's ridiculous that I still can't adjust the volume.

I love that i get notifications for this thing that should clearly be a feature every few months, for the past year or so.

They could implement this in <5 mins.

I would almost be disappointed if they fixed it at this point. I've never felt such community, friendship, and emotional vulnerability as in this thread.
