how much higher elo must u be to adopt someone in general?

Assuming you're talking about blitz and your opponent is not tilted my guess would be some 500ish. I think I'd have good chances of adopting an 1100

yeah i think maybe 400ish is 50% im sure i could adopt a 1250 at least 80% of the time. 300 points id say 20%
