You can usually get to 1200 if you don’t blunder! My tip is to play less games, but put all your energy into them. Analyzing them afterwards might also help you ♡

Thousands and thousands of games. You get used to openings and even have a few ideas on taking a cheeky pawn in the beginning. Most people lose thereafter as they are so worried about the minus one point that they seem to not concentrate.

Don't give up either. Check out my last ten minute game. I was playing like a newbie. Can't say why but suddenly the opportunity presented itself and I won. So always ignore what has happened and push on👍

Getting better at chess is a lengthy process. It is relatively easy to reach 1000 but the main task starts after this point. You have to consistently learn every day. There are many ways we can improve our game, but I feel that these eight steps will help you get better.

1.Watch Lots Of Tactics
2.Understand your Opening Repertoire
3.Learn the most common middle game patterns
4.Become familiar with the most common pawn structures
5.Develop a good intuition
6.Learn How to formulate a strategic plan
7.Obtain a good positional sense
8.Analyze Your Own Games

The most important thing is to be consistent.
